IKVANSHU
Ichchha was designed to foster the holistic development of marginalized students through after-school programs that focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and essential 21st-century skills, while also enhancing math and literacy outcomes. By bridging the education-to-employment gap, Ichchha prepared students for the workforce with practical skills and knowledge. Beyond academics, the program provides a supportive environment, empowering students to overcome barriers and break the cycle of poverty.
Born from the Ichchha initiative, Swaad Sadan was a tiffin and catering service that provided young entrepreneurs and their mothers with a sustainable source of income in Mumbai. The program not only empowered these families financially but also fostered a sense of community by delivering homemade, nutritious meals to local residents. Swaad Sadan combined entrepreneurship with social impact, transforming lives one meal at a time.
