IKVANSHU
Sapno ki Udaan Fellowship
The SAPNO KI UDAAN Fellowship is designed to support visionary community leaders and organizers in poverty-affected, low-income, and under-resourced communities. This fellowship empowers them to design and develop hyper-localized solutions that address critical challenges in areas such as education, health, climate change, economic empowerment, or other social issues that deeply impact their communities.
Through Ikvanshu’s innovative methodology, we foster creativity and encourage risk-taking by providing fellows with the freedom, resources, and support they need to develop sustainable solutions. Over the course of the 12-month journey, fellows gain the physical and mental space needed to exercise their ingenuity and overcome systemic barriers. By removing these barriers and providing tailored support, Ikvanshu disrupts the status quo around who can access leadership and growth opportunities.
Saarthi
At Ikvanshu, we understand the unique challenges faced by grassroots organizations and nonprofits working to drive change in their communities. Our Strategy and Advisory Services are designed to help organizations navigate these challenges by providing tailored guidance and support. We collaborate closely with leadership teams, facilitating strategic planning processes that foster stakeholder engagement, define organizational visions, and set long-term, sustainable goals.
Through our services, we help nonprofits codify their purpose, develop actionable strategies, and create impact measurement frameworks to track their progress. Our goal is to empower organizations to operate effectively, enhance their decision-making, and maximize their impact.
Saksham Project
The Saksham Project is a unique initiative aimed at empowering youth from low-income communities by giving them complete autonomy over their learning paths. By providing financial resources, mentorship through Saksham Buddies, and fostering a network of peer support, Saksham enables youth to explore their passions whether it’s in entrepreneurship, the arts, or beyond. This project cultivates a Jugaadu mindset, encouraging creativity, risk-taking, and resilience. With the freedom to learn and fail, participants build confidence, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities, preparing them to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
